Turnaround time for edits is 4 business days. If you have not heard back from us after 5 days, please email info@thepaplatform.com and make sure to add our email to your contact list. The essay initially submitted will be placed in queue for editing and any future submissions will require an additional order number.
Our services are for a one-time edit. Each order is valid for one edit and all characters must be submitted at the same time. Remaining characters do not roll over to subsequent orders.
